About Burlington Pain Care
Burlington Pain Care is a community leader in providing research-based pain relief strategies. We offer advanced pain management solutions, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Suffering with chronic pain can be overwhelming. It interferes with your wellbeing, ability to function, and quality of life. We understand it is often a struggle to engage in work and family needs, or to pursue recreational interests. We recognize that our patients require encouragement and understanding to navigate the various treatment options available. Our goal is to provide patient-centered care from our network of compassionate physicians and support staff, and empower our patients to regain control of their lives.
The staff at Burlington Pain Care are all affiliated with McMaster University and are engaged in teaching medical students and resident physicians chronic pain management skills. Our physicians remain apprised of the latest research in the evolving treatment of chronic pain.
New patients require a REFERRAL FORM which must be completed by either your family physician or a referring physician. The completed form can be faxed to 905-315-9924. Once the referral is received, our dedicated support staff will contact you to schedule your initial consultation.
